Happy Christmas!

So today is the day I’d usually post, but today is Christmas eve, we’re about to sit down to a raclette, with mountains of melted cheese, but we are half way up a mountain after all. The goose is drying in the fridge, making sure that skin gets really nice and crispy for tomorrow and the knoedel are waiting for their moment to shine too. Which leaves me with not much to do now except enjoy there set of this gluhwein, and wish all readers a very merry Christmas and happy feasting! Enjoy!
